Communication will be via email, telephone / skype as well as through dedicated Go To Meetings. Our Application Engineers are highly qualified and experienced in providing customer support. Through our Customer Relations & Support Management System (CR&SM) all calls, emails and other interactions regarding your support issues will be logged and registered to secure an overview of your issues history and progress.
